Complete Engine Overhaul
Our complete overhaul means the engine is stripped down to the last bolt, thoroughly cleaned, and all worn components are professionally remanufactured or replaced with brand new ones. No cosmetic touch-ups – this is a full restoration to original factory specifications. Every engine is then tested under load on a dynamometer. Each engine comes with a warranty certificate and an official test report, including all measured data and a performance graph.
Our Step-by-Step Engine Overhaul Process
- Disassembly & Cleaning
Complete teardown of the engine followed by intensive degreasing in an industrial parts washer.
- Engine Block
Line boring/re-surfacing of the block for cylinder seating (Tatra engines); for liquid-cooled engines, precision machining for cylinder liner seating and cylinder head mating surfaces.
- Crankshaft
Removal, thorough cleaning of oil galleries, regrinding of journals to specified dimensions, complete assembly, and precision balancing on a digital balancing machine.
- Connecting Rods (Conrods)
Inspection, alignment checking (honing/boring), and necessary reconditioning of connecting rods.
- Piston & Cylinder Assembly
For Tatra T815 engines, re-boring or a new kit. For Tatra Euro and all liquid-cooled engines, we exclusively install brand new, genuine OEM piston and liner kits.
- Cylinder Heads
Complete remanufacturing and pressure testing of cylinder heads to rule out any cracks or leaks.
- Fuel System
Complete overhaul of the injection pump and its precise calibration on a specialized fuel injection test bench.
- Flywheel
Resurfacing (turning) of the friction surface, installation of a new ring gear and matching components.
- Clutch
Complete reconditioning or installation of a new clutch disc, along with pressure plate repair.
- Auxiliary Components
Full repair and remanufacturing of the oil pump, air compressor, and power steering pump.
- Turbocharger
Professional rebuild or supply of a completely brand new turbocharger unit.
- Camshaft
Condition inspection and replacement with a new unit if necessary.
- Hardware & Consumables
Automatic replacement of all injector nozzles, leak-off lines, bearings, oil seals, and gaskets with brand new ones.
- Final Assembly
Complete reassembly of the engine to factory specifications.
- Load Testing
Full dyno-testing on a dynamometer, generating an official test report and performance graph.
